In such cases, Hotspex Media Inc. will only process Client Data on behalf of and under the instructions of our clients and as set out in our client agreements, or where otherwise required by applicable laws.
Controller and Responsible Party
For the purposes of GDPR, Hotspex Media Inc. is the controller of your personal information. In addition, where you have a direct business relationship with another Hotspex group entity, they are a controller for the personal information they used to manage their direct business relationship with you, such as name and contact details. With respect to any Client Data, our clients are the data controllers or businesses for their respective Client Data, and we are a data processor or service provider with respect to Client Data.
